Over 75 minutes, we will guide you through a journey of asanas (yoga postures) to strengthen and flex your body, pranayama (breathing techniques) to calm your mind and boost your vital energy, and a sound meditation to induce deep relaxation and inner peace.

Join our tribe and dance until dawn! In this Ecstatic Dance session, we'll combine the energy of music with the magic of Cacao to create a unique experience. Let go of your inhibitions, connect with other seekers, and celebrate life in a safe and positive space. The secret location will be revealed 48 hours before the event. Don't miss out!

What is Ecstatic Dance?
Ecstatic Dance is a free and spontaneous dance experience where you can express your emotions through movement. It's a way to connect with yourself and others through music and dance. There are no specific steps or choreography; simply let yourself be carried away by the rhythm and energy of the moment.
What should I bring?
We recommend wearing comfortable, loose-fitting clothing that allows you to move freely. You can also bring a water bottle and a blanket if you wish to relax after dancing.
Do I need any previous dance experience?
Not at all! Ecstatic Dance is for everyone, regardless of your experience or skill level. The most important thing is to enjoy the movement and connect with yourself.
What is the Cacao Ceremony?
The Cacao Ceremony is an ancestral practice involving the consumption of a drink made from ceremonial cacao. Cacao has stimulating and relaxing properties that can enhance the ecstatic dance experience, promoting connection with yourself and others.
How long is the event?
The session will last approximately 3 hours.
What is the exact location of the event?
The exact location will be emailed to all participants 48 hours before the event.
Can I go to the event alone?
Of course! Many of our participants attend alone and find Ecstatic Dance a way to meet new people and make meaningful connections.
What if I don't know anyone?
Don't worry if you don't know anyone. The atmosphere of Ecstatic Dance is very welcoming and you will quickly feel part of the community.
What if I don't want to participate in the Cacao Ceremony?
The Cacao Ceremony is optional. You can fully enjoy the experience of ecstatic dance without participating in the ceremony.
